These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through websites operated by Relevares, including relevares.com and associated sales pages. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these conditions in full.

1. Our products

Relevares sells digital products in PDF format. Our current product is The Back Reset — 30-Day Program ($24.99 USD), which includes the following files delivered instantly after purchase:

• The 30-Day Back Reset (main program)

• 3-Month Resilience System (bonus)

• Bad Day Plan (bonus)

• Printable Routine Cards (bonus)

These are educational and movement content files. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Price and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Relevares does not store or have access to your card details. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

3. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don't receive your download within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact hello@relevares.com. There is no physical delivery and no shipping fees apply.

4. Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and you'll receive a full refund. No further explanation is required. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you have not accessed the files, you may still request a withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us.

6. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase from Relevares. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement.

7. Medical disclaimer

All content sold by Relevares is for general educational and movement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or have severe or worsening symptoms. Relevares accepts no liability for injury or harm resulting from use of the programs.

8. Intellectual property

All content, PDFs, designs, and materials sold by Relevares are the intellectual property of Relevares. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private use. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of the content without written permission.

9. Personal data

We collect your name and email address to deliver your purchase and send relevant communications. Your data is never sold to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden.
